【受験資格(じゅけんしかく) 】
試験日(しけんび) において満(まん) 17歳以上(さいいじょう) （ただし、インドネシア国籍(こくせき) の場合(ばあい) は満(まん) 18歳以上(さいいじょう) ）であること。
※日本国籍(にほんこくせき) を有(ゆう) する方(かた) は受験(じゅけん) できません。

【重要事項(ちゅういじこう) （必(かなら) ずお読(よ) みください）】

• 受験料(じゅけんりょう) は申込前(もうしこみまえ) に必(かなら) ずお振込(ふりこ) みください。明細書(めいさいしょ) を申込(もうしこみ) フォームに添付(てんぷ) してください。
• 申込内容(もうしこみないよう) の変更(へんこう) ・キャンセル・返金(へんきん) は一切(いっさい) できません。
• 「宿泊分野 特定技能(しゅくはくぶんやとくていぎのう) 1号評価試験(ごうひょうかしけん) 」は、同(おな) じ試験(しけん) を再受験(さいじゅけん) するまで45日以上(にちいじょう) あける必要(ひつよう) があります。このルールに違反(いはん) した場合(ばあい) 、試験結果(しけんけっか) が無効(むこう) または不合格(ふごうかく) となる場合(ばあい) があります。
• 過去(かこ) 5年以内(ねんいない) に不正行為(ふせいこうい) により失格処分(しっかくしょぶん) を受(う) けた方(かた) の申込(もうしこ) みは無効(むこう) となります。
• 受験票(じゅけんひょう) は、試験日(しけんび) の1週間前(しゅうかんまえ) までにメールで送付(そうふ) いたします。
• 試験時間(しけんじかん) は受験票(じゅけんひょう) に記載(きさい) されていますので、必(かなら) ずご確認(かくにん) ください。
• 試験当日(しけんとうじつ) は、以下(いか) のいずれかを必(かなら) ずご持参(じさん) ください。
  ・カラー印刷(いんさつ) したA4サイズの受験票(じゅけんひょう) （白黒印刷(しろくろいんさつ) は不可(ふか) ）
  ・スマートフォンに表示(ひょうじ) した受験票(じゅけんひょう)
• 合否結果(ごうひけっか) は、試験日(しけんび) から45日以内(にちいない) に登録(とうろく) されたメールアドレス宛(あて) に通知(つうち) いたします。
• 団体申込(だんたいもうしこみ) は1回(かい) につき最大(さいだい) 10名(めい) までです。10名(めい) を超(こ) える場合(ばあい) は、複数回(ふくすうかい) に分(わ) けてお申込(もうしこ) みください。
• 顔写真(かおじゃしん) のルール
  ・最大(さいだい) 10MB
  ・画像(がぞう) サイズ： 縦(たて) 400ピクセル × 横(よこ) 300ピクセル
  ・3ヶ月以内(かげついない) に撮影(さつえい) した写真(しゃしん)
  ・顔(かお) と体(からだ) が正面(しょうめん) を向(む) いている
  ・顔全体(かおぜんたい) がはっきり写(うつ) っている

【Eligibility Requirements】
Applicants must be at least 17 years old on the test date (or at least 18 years old if of Indonesian nationality).
Applicants with Japanese nationality are not eligible to take the exam.

【※ Please read carefully】

• Please make the payment before applying, and attach the payment receipt to your application form.
• No changes, cancellations, or refunds of the application or examination fee will be accepted for any reason.
• For the Specified Skilled Worker (Hotel Services) test, you must wait at least 45 days before taking the same test again. If you violate this rule, your test result may be invalidated or marked as failed.
• Applications from individuals who have been disqualified for cheating within the past five years will be invalid.
• The examination admission ticket will be sent by email at least one week before the test date.
• The test time will be written on the admission ticket, so please check it carefully.
• On the exam day, bring either:
  ・A color-printed A4-size copy of your admission ticket (black-and-white printing is not accepted), or The digital version displayed on your smartphone.
• Results will be sent to the applicant’s registered email address within 45 days after the test date.
• For group applications, up to 10 applicants can be submitted at one time. If you have more than 10 applicants, please divide them into multiple applications.
• 【Photo Requirements】
  ・File size: Up to 10MB
  ・Dimensions: 400 pixels (height) × 300 pixels (width)
  ・Must be taken within the last 3 months
  ・Must show the face and body facing straight forward
  ・Must show the entire face
  ・Only the applicant should appear in the photo
  ・No glasses
  ・Color photo only (black and white not accepted)
  ・No image editing software may be used
  ※ Photos that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.
